Since the Source was defeated, Phoebe's job as an advice columnist has gotten her a great deal of notoriety around town, Piper and Leo prepare for their future baby and Paige has thrown herself in demon hunting. The girls soon find themselves having to help Mylie, a mermaid that tries to find true love by pledging her immortally to the Sea Hag, which she will lose if she can't get her mortal boyfriend proclaim his love for her. Unknown to all the Sea Hag has promised Nercon, a skeletal demon, Mylie's immortally in return for sparing her life. As Phoebe tries to get a quick divorce, but Cole resurfaces from the Wasteland and wishes to prove that he is no longer evil in order to win back Phoebe. Piper begins to suffer from panic attacks when danger arises and wants to just get Mylie's boyfriend to confess his love for her instead of battling the Sea Hag. When this fails, Paige creates a spell to discover the Sea Hag's secret hide-a-way, that turns Phoebe into a mermaid.
Epiosde 90: 'A Witches Tail' Part 2
Phoebe, choosing to remain as a mermaid after vanquishing the Sea Hag, finds herself being preyed upon by Nercon when discovers that the Sea Hag can no longer deliver the immortally of Mylie. Paige and Leo desperately search for Phoebe, not knowing that she's in danger, while Piper continues to struggle with panic attacks. Piper decides to cast a fearless spell, in order to over come her bouts of panic and soon finds herself being held captive by Nercon. Meanwhile, Paige turns down Cole's offer to help her at work but later thinks that he may be the only one that can return Phoebe to her human form and enlists his help to save Phoebe from a life at sea.
Episode 91: 'Happily Ever After'
In a safe haven for artifacts of classic fairy tales, an evil witch escapes from a magic mirror killing the caretaker and imprisoning his apprentice in the mirror. The evil witch then questions the mirror to learn who the most powerful witch of all is only to discover, that Piper, Paige and Phoebe are all most powerful. This leads the evil witch to use the artifacts at her disposal to try to destroy the Charmed Ones. Piper summons her grandmother back from the dead when she doubt her abilities to do the right things for her unborn child while Paige has troubles relating to and bonding with a grandmother she's never known. Phoebe learns that her paper may be purchased by an attractive businessman that happens to be a client of Cole's.
Episode 92: 'Sirens Song'
The Charmed Ones learn that a Siren has been seducing married men with her song, killing them and then killing their wives. Cole manages to save Melissa after her husband falls victim to the Siren, but the Siren learns that Melissa was spared and seeks to end her life once and for all. The girls learn that Melissa is a future Whitelighter and need to save her from the Siren, but are hindered when Leo and Piper's unborn child switch their powers after Piper becomes frustrated with Leo not understanding her pregnancy and Leo has problems making Piper understand his responsibilities as a Whitelighter.
Episode 93: 'Witches In Tights'
A demon takes advantage of a young witch, Kevin, by tricking him to use his power of thought projection to summon a super hero in order to destroy an Elder and steal his powers. When Kevin realizes he's been duped, he turns the Charmed Ones into super heroines in order to fight his other creation - the Aggressor. Meanwhile, Piper tries to return P3 to its former glory, Paige has problems controlling her orbing while sleeping with her new boyfriend, and Phoebe confronts a slum lord that is evicting numerous innocent families.
Episode 94: 'The Eyes Have it'
Phoebe seeks the advice of a fortune teller to figure out why she hasn't been having premonitions lately. She learns that its because her life is out of balance, now that she's spending more time with her job and less time with the craft, and her power will not return until she remedies this. The girls also learn that the son of a Gypsy Hunter has been hunting down the last of a tribe of Gypsies, in order to restore the sight the Gypsies took from his father long ago. Meanwhile, Piper has concerns about Leo's wish that she not see a doctor during her pregnancy and Paige feels her lack of employment has turned her into a loser.
Episode 95: 'Sympathy for the Demon'
Cole finds himself believing those working around him know that he's evil, but soon thinks that a powerful force may be messing with his mind that could lead to him hurting someone. When Cole seeks the help of the Charmed Ones, Phoebe and Piper are influenced by the Demon of Fear not to help. However, Paige decides to help by creating a potion to remove Cole's powers, which the Demon of Fear uses to steal Cole's powers and free himself from his eternal prison. Consumed with thoughts of revenge, the Demon of Fear traps the girls in the Manor and begins to turn the Halliwell's fears against them.
Episode 96: 'A Witch in Time'
Phoebe gets a vision of her new boyfriend, Miles, dying in a shoot out, leading her and Piper to save Miles from this fate. Unknown to them, it was Miles time to die and saving him causes a time ripple to open, which Bacarra, a warlock from the future under Cole's command, uses to travel into his past. Bacarra reveals to Cole that unless Miles dies, it will eventually lead to Phoebe's death while she continues to try to save Miles from his fate. After Cole refuses to kill Miles and Bacarra's attempt fails, Bacarra uses his magic and current self to steal the Book of Shadows and kill Phoebe and Paige. Only Piper is left to find and use the time ripple in order to put history back on the right track.
Episode 97: 'Sam I Am'
As Piper and Leo get ready to interview magical nannies for their little Charmed One, the elders give Paige her first charge as a white lighter. Phoebe and Piper soon discover that the charge is Sam, Paige's white lighter father, that has turned into a drunk. While the girls try to help Sam after a surprise attack by a dark lighter, Cole decides to use the situation to commit suicide - by forcing the girls to vanquish him for good.
Episode 98: 'Y Tu Mummy Tambien'
While tracking what he believes is a common criminal, Darryl stumbles onto Jeric, a demon around since Ancient Egyptian times that transfers the spirit of his lover Isis into the bodies of witches in hopes the witch has enough power so Isis can cast a spell to evict the witches' spirit and permanently return to life. When Darryl seeks the help of the Halliwells, Paige and Piper learn that Jeric is targeting Phoebe but arrive too late. Unable to find where Jeric has taken Phoebe, Piper and Paige turn to Cole for help, but Cole decides to work with Jeric instead hoping to mummify Phoebe until he can find a way to win her back.
Episode 99: 'Importance of Being Phoebe'
The sisters encounter what appears to them as a series of personal problems: Piper's club is having troubles on the eve of an inspection; Phoebe is being sued for bad advice given in her column and Paige is arrested after a car accident. The girls soon realize that their problems are due to Cole, who is trying to get his hands on the Manor so he can use the Nexus of magic beneath the house to win Phoebe back.
Episode 100: 'Centennial Charmed'
In his twisted attempt to win Phoebe back, Cole casts a spell that alters reality, eliminating Paige and destroying the Power of Three. Paige suddenly finds that her sisters have no knowledge of her existence – Phoebe is trapped in an unhappy marriage and Piper is a demon-killing vigilante consumed with avenging Prue’s death. Paige finally convinces Piper to trust her, and together they help Phoebe vanquish Cole forever.
Episode 101: 'House Call'
The Council of Witch Doctors makes a house call to The Charmed Ones and use voodoo dolls to lead them down various paths of self-destruction: Paige abducts her former boyfriend’s fiancée and takes her place a the wedding, Phoebe poses for a magazine centerfold to increase readership of her column, while Piper almost destroys the manor when she becomes an obsessive cleaner.
Episode 102: 'Sand Francisco Dreaming'
A demon attacks The Charmed Ones with dream dust, causing their nightmares to come to life. Paige is harassed by an evil clown at a baby shower, Piper has an affair and Phoebe is chased by a maniac with a chainsaw. The sisters must use magic to put themselves to sleep to re-enter their nightmares and unmask the symbolic meaning of their dreams.
Episode 103: 'The Day The Magic Died'
After Piper faints, she is rushed to the hospital to learn the stress in her life is causing a condition called Toxemia and she needs bed rest in order to get back to normal. As Leo, Paige and Phoebe begin to make plans so Piper can rest, they discover that not only are their powers gone but magic everywhere has disappeared. Paige and Phoebe try to hide this from Piper, while making plans to meet with a Sorcerer representing the forces of evil to bring back magic. Meanwhile, Piper and Phoebe's father shows up with his new bride Doris and Piper goes into labor.
Episode 104: 'Baby's First Demon'
When Piper's baby is nearly kidnapped by demons, Paige goes undercover to track down the kidnappers at a demonic black market, but is captured before she can vanquish them. The demons use Paige as a decoy to distract Piper and Phoebe away from the Manor to launch an attack on Leo and the baby. Meanwhile, Phoebe is smitten with her new boss, Jason Dean but is under fire when he questions her integrity.
Episode 105: 'Lucky Charmed'
The Charmed Ones join forces with a Leprechaun when they go after a demon who is killing Leprechauns and stealing their magic. To reward them for their efforts, the Leprechaun grants each sister good luck, enabling Paige to gain wealth, Phoebe to meet a new man and Piper to book a major rock star for P3. When the spell wears off, the demon casts a bad luck spell on the sisters and kidnaps Piper. In the meantime, Phoebe and Paige must rally the Leprechauns to reverse their bad luck and rescue Piper.
Episode 106: 'Cat House'
When Piper and Leo see a marriage counselor to work out their marital problems, Piper casts a spell that lets them literally see the key moments of their past. However, the spell goes awry and Phoebe and Paige are sent back in time to relive Piper's memories. Unbeknownst to Phoebe and Paige, a warlock is also caught up in Piper's spell, and uses the opportunity to try and kill The Charmed Ones' cat, their "familiar," which would permanently alter their future.
Episode 107: 'Nymphs Just Wanna Have Fun'
When a demon kills the satyr of the Spring of Life, the satyr's underlings, a trio of wood nymphs, escape to San Francisco to find a new leader. After the nymphs magically transform Paige into one of them, they are all captured by the demon, Tull who forces them to lead him to the Spring. Piper and Phoebe must rescue Paige before the demon destroys the forest with his newfound powers.
Episode 108: 'Sense and Sense Ability'
The Charmed Ones are weakened when an old Crone magically steals their senses making Piper blind, Phoebe deaf, and Paige mute in an effort to steal Piper's baby who holds the vision of "all" power. When the Crone kidnaps Leo in another attempt to steal the baby, Piper, Phoebe and Paige tap into their sixth sense to overcome their handicaps and defeat her. Meanwhile, Piper and Leo are pleasantly surprised to discover that baby Wyatt is coming into his own powers.
Episode 109: 'Necromancing the Stone'
When Grams and the Halliwell matriarchs are summoned to bless baby Wyatt, they fall prey to the Necromancer demon who has returned from the Spirit Realm seeking to absorb their magical spirits. Meanwhile, Piper is hurt by Grams' disappointment over the newest addition to the Halliwell family; Phoebe contemplates Jason's invitation, even though it will take her away from her family; and Paige casts a truth spell on her boyfriend to see if he can handle her big, bad secret.
Episode 110 and 111: 'Oh My Goddess' Part One and 2
Released after centuries spent entombed beneath the Artic ice, the Titans, Greek mythic gods, set out to eliminate their captors, the Elders. Phoebe and Paige are nearly defeated by the Titans, but are saved by Chris , a mysterious Whitelighter from the future. Meanwhile, Leo makes a decision to give the Charmed Ones the ultimate power to vanquish the Titans, recreating them as Greek Goddesses, despite the risk that they will be seduced by their vast new powers. Phoebe becomes the Goddess of Love, Piper the Goddess of Earth and Paige the Goddess of War. However, Piper's life is turned upside-down when Leo accepts his call to become the new leader of the Elders. Piper's loss and anger consumes her, allowing the Charmed Ones to destroy the Titans.
